Our Process

1. Initial Consultation & Rough Estimate

For exterior projects, you are given one point of contact who will be there to make sure all your needs are met throughout the entirety of the project. They will meet with you to discuss your project, look over any architectural plans, discuss permitting issues, budget, and depending on the size of the project, we will work together to make a plan.

2. Determine Project Size

For smaller exterior projects, we will set a budget and timeline on the same day of your free estimate. For larger addition/remodel exterior projects, we will most likely engage in a retainer agreement.

3. Large Project Specifications & Price

We will then prepare a detailed line item specification for your project, as specifications are necessary to determine a fixed price. The retainer not only provides you with an actual project cost, but also gives you a reserved start time for your project. Our goal with this is, as the homeowner, you will have peace of mind that we have developed a project timeline and will stick to it.

4. Begin Work

You can trust you are in the best hands, as we have partnered with the same tradesmen for over 10 years on all of our projects. Experts in their given trade, we will not reach project completion until your expectations are exceeded.

5. Project Completion

Once work is completed, we will secure sign offs on all permits and go through a punch list with you. We will also ask you to fill out a questionnaire rating our service and performance. Since most of our business is client referrals, your feedback is very important to us!
