Our Building Process

1. Initial Consultation & Rough Estimate

For exterior projects, you are given one point of contact who will be there to make sure all your needs are met throughout the entirety of the project. They will meet with you to discuss your project and budget, and we will work together to make a timeline.

2. Begin Work

You can trust you are in the best hands, as we have partnered with the same tradesmen for over 10 years on all of our projects. Experts in their given trade, we will not reach project completion until your expectations are exceeded.

We take great pride in our work, and we are committed to delivering exceptional results every time. Our team is professional, courteous, and respectful, and we take great care to minimize disruptions to your daily life. We communicate effectively with our clients throughout the project, keeping them informed every step of the way.

3. Project Completion

Once work is completed, we will secure sign offs on all permits and go through a punch list with you. We will also ask you to fill out a questionnaire rating our service and performance. Since most of our business is client referrals, your feedback is very important to us!
